This
is a look that is great for the office or general
day-time wear. It's very basic and you can build on
it to suit the occasion.
After
applying a light moisturizer containing sunscreen,
you are ready to apply foundation. Use foundation
where you need it, such as on blemishes or uneven
areas. The key is to find a color that matches
you skin tone exactly. Apply foundation using
fingertips or a cosmetic sponge and blend well.
You can "set" foundation with a light dusting
of powder.
Brush
a bit of vanilla or cream colored shadow over
entire lid. This really opens up the whole eye
area. Avoid this if your eyes are too large.
Line
eyes with a taupe colored pencil, beginning at
the inner corner of the eye and working outward.
Line as close to the lashes as possible. Blend
well using a cotton swab or blending sponge tip.
Finish eyes by curling lashes. You may or may
not use mascara, but if you choose to, apply lightly.
Apply
a cream blush to the upper roundness of the
cheeks, blending upward and outward. Lipstick
can also double as a cream blush.
Line
lips in a similar rose/pink shade, then fill
in with the same color. A bit of gloss will
finish the look beautifully!
