In the year 87, a group of well meaning individuals set out to paint the dull, tense and often mundane lifestyle of the urban community with a spectrum of well conceived and imaginative programmes, so as to enrich the social, cultural and educational fabric of this industrial city. These sincere and well meaning efforts manifested in the formation of a social organisation ............aptly named as "INDRADHANU".
Over past twelve years, the overwhelming response to this creative efforts, demonstrated through presentations, participations and performances of renowned Artist, Musicians, Literatures and celebrities, has truly enriched the colours of INDRADHANU. Importantly,these events have always won the respect and admiration of the critics and audiences, who eagerly patronise INDRADHANU's Programmes. The rapidly increasing List of its members, Kalamitras and sponsors is a testimony of the growing popularity of INDRADHANU besides providing broad base to its various activities. Moreover, regular press and electronic media coverage of important fixtures, is indicative of the mass appeal of the programmes. The is also priveleged to have an elite group of experts on its Advosry committee, which has been a guiding force and a source of inspiration and encouragement, so vital for its enduring success.
For past 12 years INDRADHANU has been enthralling it's audience with inovative and imaginative programmes skilfully designed to an otherwise stereotype, monotonous lifestyle. The INDRADHANU's annual calender features Monthly Programmes, periodical workshop and Annual Gala event. The programme categories are Talk Show with experts, interviews of celebraties and personalities to project their understanding contributions in the respective field of expertise, Discouses and the workshop covering vide range of subjects like Music, Voice culture, health, Art etc. Dance presentations, Vocal recitals, feliticitation ceremonies etc. |
