Tell us something about yourself?
I had Completed B.A in Economics in 1968 from Pune University. I have also done cattering course from Cattering college - Cadel Rd, Mumbai & Food Preservation course which is Goverment curriculam

How did the idea come to your mind to accept Cooking as Profession?
Initially I started cooking as a hobbies. I started cooking classes locally. But after getting good response, I started my own Baking & cooking classes.

Tell us something about your Demostrations given?
I had given my first demostration at C.K.P.Hall. Two years ago I had given demstration to Thane-Rotary also.
Another demostration, that was in Ambarnath sponsered by BJP. That demostration was for 3 days every month.Almost 350 people took advantage at that event.

Could you tell something about Abhiruchi Baking & Cooking Classes?
Abhiruchi Baking & Cooking Classes has recentaly completed 10 Years. There is no age limit for the candidate. Classes timings are 2.00 to 5.00 pm., from Monday to Satuarday. Special Time adjustment is there for working women. Per batch around 12 to 15 students are present. Students come from Shahpur, Kalyan, Dombivli, Kalwa, Mulund, Bhandup, Ghatkopar, Chembur. Every year Diwali Special Course is also being conducted.

Tell us something about cooking related book, wriiten by you?
Different type of receipe are available in the book, such as - Punjabi, Chinese, Snacks etc. The book is in Marathi language, costing Rs.100/-. The speciality of book is that each & every recepie is in detail.

You are also partcipating in Thane - Varta?
Recentaly I had completed 57 Episode in Thane - Varta.The show is weekly. That show is also in Marathi & it is having very good viwership & we are geeting very good resopnse.

What are your future Plans?
I want to continue the same thing. Because After all this is my hooby only.
