Tell us something about yourself?
I am Dhiren Shah, computer engineer well established in business coming from Gujarati Jain family. After education I started my independent business in the name of YCC - Yash Computer club in the year 1996.

Tell us something about your business? And what are the products that you deal in?
Basically Yash Computer Club is a team of professional people into computers & electronics. We deal into computer hardware, software, cyber and Internet solution. YCC is a trade name and divided into sub sections. Yash Cyber Café & Yash Computer Consultancy.

Since from when were you involved in this business?
Since 1996 YCC is serving people not only in Thane but also all over Mumbai. Engineering students coming right from Churchgate, Borivli and Dadar to out center for all printing services.

With competitions in the market, how do you stands apart from the rest?
In this new era definitely as big population and nearly 200 students coming each year from each college there will be heavy competition. We can proudly say, as we are the number 1 company in the whole market to offer best quality & service in least amount.

What is the percentage of work satisfaction that you get?
I get 100% satisfaction from my work, as we work for people and so people are happy with us.

What is your future plans?
Definitely as a progressive name & fame is our need, as a Yash as out Symbol. We have future plans of going nationalization. We need support hands to spread the name theme of our business life.

People living in this seven-lake city are cool. They just need proper guidance and that's all. People should have faith on us. So we cannot only provides best quality and service but a close relation between us.
