My name is Mr. Kaushik V. Shah. I have completed Hotel Management & Catering Tech. Diploma from Rizvi. (Bandra)

Tell us something about this Restaurant of yours?
This is my dream project. Or you could say start of my dreams. I have made an effort to provide Thaneites with best authentic Mexican / Italian food.

Since from when you are in this Restaurant?
Since from lasts a year.

How do you manage your restaurant, as there is lots of competition in the market?
I don't worry about competitions; they are a source of motivation & inspiration. I am / we are very different others. And everybody has same specialty.

How is your restaurant different from other restaurant?
7/Eleven - Ours is a restaurant in Thane which serves Mexican + healthy food + Italian

What type of services normally you provide to your customer?
A very personalized service. I know each of my guest and their likes/dislikes and what type of Quality they expect. We take party orders, home deliveries etc.

What are your futures plans?
To grow with best intention of serving people.
