Please tell us something about yourself?
I am Mrs. Alka Prafulla Gopujkar and I have completed my M.A.B.Ed at present I am the Head Master & am teaching the Jr. college Classes English /Marathi. My father Dr. N.R. Parasnis was a great educationalist .

Since when have you been associated with this institution?
I have taken teaching when I joined this institution in October 1970. I have also worked in capacity of supervisor & Asst. Head Master.

What are the different courses offered by your institutions?
Keeping in tune with the fast changing world the school has introduced Electronics & computer literacy subjects for the students of VIII & X. From this year we are starting computer Advance Training for the students of XI, which will cover up the training from M.S. Office to Internet for those who are interested & want to keep their knowledge updated in this field.

Drawing Grade Exam, exams conducted by Gaint adyapak Mandal, Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, M.C.C., N.C.C. units.

What are the criteria for selecting candidates for enrolling in your institute?
There are no special criteria for selection of students. They are expected to perform well in lower standard annual exams. Mostly the students are from lower & middle class society.

Even these students bring us result above 80% at S.S.C. level with that they are taught in the school H.S.C Exam results are between 85% to 95%

How is your institute different from other institutions?
Our school has achieved the highest standard in city caring for all needs of students & their up comings. We have a good qualified staff on hand Personal attention is provided to students. Our school office is judged to be treasure information & always ready to lean advice to others.

We have toppers in the S.S.C Board Geeta Gandre stood 18th in the Board list securing 90.80% in 2000 & Sonal Sonkavade stood 3rd in B.C. group list securing 90.40%. NCC unit is one & only for boys in city & adjudged at its best many a times. The school is honored with Sarswati Award.

I am proud to maintain that our past student Miss Sugandha Khanzode - computer Engineer - She has taken commission in army & she is the first Lady Lt Sugandha Khangode in our city. Students of 9th Std. Submitted their experiments related to Road Accidents, Earthquake, Ayurved to Intel, Warali.

How do the courses offered by your institution help students build a successful career?
Many of our students are doctors, engineers, businessmen, and teachers, Dy. Collector , Dy. Police commissioner , Professors & many of them are holding the highest position in their held abroad & in India. One of our students is new participating in Karate Championship to be held in Bangkok. Our students have taken part in 'Hariyali' project.
