Tell us something about yourself
My name is Mrs Ashwini Sule and I am a retired Govt Servant Income Tax Dept.

Since when have you been associated with this institution?
I have been associated with this for the past 12 years.

How did you come along in this line of business?
I was not aware of this line but I worked in an institution voluntrary then later on I felt to start and do community service.

Tell us a little about your staff and how many students do a teacher takes along?
We have 7 teachers in total that is the school & centre and we assign 5 students to 1 teacher.

Do you have a formally trained staff or do you train the staff?
We have fully trained staff who are very devoted, untrained staff is not allowed. If we see no progress then we change the staff and assign the students to some other teacher.

How satisfied are you in this field?
I am very satisfied in this field. I am proud to say that our student Mr. Santosh Ghatpande is a General shokeeper who had donated his first salary to our school and Mr. Ashish Karani is into computer graphics looking at this i do feel proud.
