I am in this business for the past three years in Thane.
As soon as I completed my M.B I came into this business.

As you might know that this shop is basically a
gift shop. Everyday we try to introduce some new gift
item.

when are you into this business?
I am in this business since the year 1998.  We
have specialised in Greeting Cards & Crockery items.
How
do you manage this shop as there is a lot of competition?
I manage to keep myself and my shop with low margin
and good turnover.Everyday we try to put some new idea
to gifts.
How
much satisfaction do you get in this business?
As per my knowledge I am fully satisfied in this business
when we see the smile on our customers face. We find
as we have acheived.
What
is your future plan?
My plan is trying to expand this business to a great
extent & to see the customer more relaxed.
