Tell us something about yourself?
A professional Architect passed out from India's oldest & leading school of Architecture - The Sir J. J. School of Architecture - Mumbai. After having worked with leading Architects I have started on my own and practicing Architecture, Interiors and Project Management under the name of M/s Bobby Vijayakar Designs Consortium Private Limited.

Tell us something about your business?
I have been into Architecture & Interiors and have designed various buildings and created some very beautiful interiors. My company is also into Project Management for various Clients and Projects

Since when are you involved into this business?
I am in business since the last 30 years.

With competitions in the market, how does your company stand apart from the rest?
Innovative ideas, Perfect planning of space, integration of various related aspects viz: Vastu, Feng Shui etc. to give the Client a harmonious space at affordable costs coupled with the most comprehensive service.

What is the percentage of job satisfaction that you get?
Percentage wise I can say I derive over 90% satisfaction when my Clients are 100% satisfied with the final outcome.

What is your future plans?
I intend to train few more budding Architects, with talent and drive so as to have a team that will give the Clients in general aesthetically beautiful spaces to live and work / entertain and provide the City in particular a development which relates to the topography and the ethos of the milieu and its surroundings.

What have been your achievements in this field?
My Client list is both impressive and spread all over India. I have worked on projects in Nepal and Bahrain too.

Let us all work towards maintaining a Clean and Beautiful Thane and have Architecture & Interiors and street furniture that will enhance Thane's beauty rather than create hideous looking buildings or interiors which do not blend with the surroundings nor are in consonance with the traditions / lifestyles of the people of Thane..
