My name is Pradip Deshpande and I am 50 years old. I have completed my GD.IDD and have been practicing Architecture and Interior Designer for the last 25 years

Tell us something about your business?
We are basically 1st Interior Designers & and accept only Exclusive Architectural job. We have done more than a dozen hotels & resorts. We also have done many 0ffices, Residences, Shops, etc

Since from when are you involved into this business?
I have started my firm in 1976. While studying one of my friend offered me an Interior job for his bungalow in 1974 and from that day I started my business

With competitions in the market, how does your company stand apart from the rest?
I do not find any sort of competition in my field because basically my job is creation and my creation nobody else can do.

What is the percentage of job satisfaction that you get?
Approximately 85% of work satisfaction I do get.

What is your future plans?
I am not only going to work for money in future I will accept the job in which I will get satisfaction.

What have been your achievements in this field?
Some of our prestigious clients are Hotel Kailash Parbhat, Hotel Metropol, Sangrilla Resorts & Waterpark. Mr. Tyagis Residewnce, My personal experience about my clients is they are very co-operative. Without their co-operation and trust you will not be able to work. I take full responsibility for designing and at the same time fulfill their requirements.
