1. Tell us something about yourself.
Mandar Ghaisas is a Vaastu Shastra Consultant practicing since 1994, he has in all 15 years experience as a Vaastu Consultant. Having strong expertise in the field of Vaastu, he shares his knowledge by personal counseling, mantra therapy as well Vaastu healing.

To enhance the positive effect, Mandar emphasizes harmony between Person – Premises and Profession (3 P’s) with the help of Vastu Yog, Yantra therapy and Vastu remedies, Gemology, Astro Vastu and Meditation.

He also conducts intensive workshop for professionals like Architects, Interior Designers, Doctors, Educational Institutes and Industrialists.
He also contributes his knowledge by writing articles on Vaastu for English Newspapers, leading magazines as well as Television Interviews.
His well appreciated book, “Vastushilpa Shastra”, in Marathi has three times successful publication and is circulated all over India.

2. Why is vastu called the science of time and space? What is the philosophy behind it?
Vastu means to know your presence in time and space with geographical conditions. To analyze our well-being, we must know our nature and environment. Good Vastu has its effects on personality, and our profession.

Vastu is not just philosophy, but it’s the intelligent way of life. These days, modern science has started becoming conscious about eco-friendly houses and environmental awareness. This was the basic principle of Vastu in India since ages.

3. Over the past few years vastu shastra has become a very popular phrase, yet few have a real understanding of the meaning and philosophy behind it. How would you define the term vastu shastra?
Vastu Shastra / Vastu Vidya studies the environment to create our own structure for residential / commercial purpose. By knowing, location, geographical conditions as-well the five elements and directions, the vastu experts understand the cause and effects on our life. Vastu is a science to tune your energy with inner and outer environment.

4. What are your achievements till now?
I have been in this alternate therapy for last 14 years now. Also, have delivered more than 120 lectures for various schools, industrial institutes, hotels as well clubs n temples.

I have been conducting intensive workshop for professionals like Architects, Interior Designers, Doctors, Educational Institutes and Industrialists.

I contribute my knowledge by writing articles on Vaastu for English Newspapers, leading magazines as well as Television Interviews.

My well appreciated book, “Vastushilpa Shastra”, in Marathi has three times successful publication and is circulated all over India.

5. Tell us some of your clients and how has it helped them?
1000s of individuals / families, corporates, industries & business merchants all over the Country and abroad have resolved their difficulties and have achieved expected growth both professionally and personally. They were given successful vaastu solutions of vaastu corrections. My clients have enhanced their positivity and have balanced their Personality – Premises and Profession (3 P’s). Our therapy includes Vastu Yog, Yantra therapy and Vastu remedies, Gemology, Astro Vastu and Meditation.

6.How has this Science penetrated in the people around Thane?
More than a decade, I am contributing my knowledge, sensitivity and helping hand for the growth of Thaneites. With the help of news paper articles, media coverage, Vastu Shilpa Shastra book, lectures and Vastu Yog workshop has always helped to enhance good luck and well being. Many individuals and groups from all walks of life have achieved dynamic growth have showed gratitude about this science and Vastu Yog therapy workshop.

7. What are your future plans right now?
Whatever I have acquired as knowledge and expertise for peaceful and rich life, I would like to share with the society by the way of books, website (www.vastuyog.org, www.vastushilpa.in), newspaper articles, television interviews and vastu trainings and seminars for students and professionals. I already have offices at various places like, Thane, Dadar, Pune, Goa, Jalgaon, Nasik and Kolhapur and want every individual / corporate to take the benefit of vastu.

8. Any message to the people of Thane?
When we are so closer to world business metro city Mumbai, it’s opportunity to grow and become rich not only economically. I believe the heaven which is set in our mindset, has to establish in our city by becoming more nature friendly, by maintaining our beautiful lakes (Thane is a city of many lakes). Let us create a social moral pressure on our governing body (Thane Municipal Corporation) to give us a well-planned city. The contribution of vastu can play a major role for planning of public habitation areas like playgrounds, gardens, temples, art and culture institutes, hospitals and educational institutes to deliver the best environment for Thaneities.

Also, we must do rectification in our premises, societies, allies, social clubs and our town. I am highly against of plastic bags , plastic pyramids as a usage of vastu remedy. Let’s create a real green environment for us and our future generation.
