As we are heading fast towards the 21st century we hardly have time to take care of our Health but deep studded oin our hearts we all are health and fitness consious or rather we can call it figure consious. We only think of strict and proper diet when a we see and extra flab of fat on our tummy or when proper call us over or under weight.

Do's

- Have plenty of water (lukewarm preferable)
- Have atleast one fruit daily
- Include salads in both meals.
- Have plain soups without cream
- Drink Cow's milk (without cream)
