Orthodontia / Crooked Teeth:
Orthodontia is a specialised branch of dentistry that deals with straightening irregular; crowded or improperly positioned teeth. The orthodontist uses specially fitted appliances - including bands, brackets wires, head gear elastics and removable appliances to put constant pressure on the required teeth. This pressure gently and gradually guides the teeth into their proper positions.
