UAA is an architectural and urban design firm formed by two young architects, Rajesh Patil and Shripad Bhalerao.


Five years after its formation the firm is working on projects of varying scales and budgets. The collective design approach adopted by the firm has lead to many professional associations and has its offices in Mumbai, Thane, Nasik and Pune.

The practice of the firm emphasizes on the design development for their individual client for his requirements, site locations, financial budgets and time frame.

UAA has prepared development proposals for some of the most prestigious builders and developers. The proposals follow a holistic approach to develop a pleasant, unique and a beautiful alternative. Importance is given to the arrangement of the open spaces, green areas and the zones in the most appropriate way so as to be optimally useful to the user, as well as to generate a financially viable layout.
