The scheme, titled "Golden Harvest", works in much the same manner as a recurring deposit.
There are two convenient options available: -

1.Annual Plan-
The customer deposits his savings with Tanishq for a year (12 months). Monthly instalments are for Rs 500 and multiples of Rs 500 only. The instalment amount can be varied across months. In the 13th month, the customer can take exquisite Tanishq jewellery worth the amount deposited with Tanishq and the bonus added. Customer orders are also accepted under the scheme.
For an instalment amount of Rs 500/- which is uniform throughout the period of the scheme,Tanishq will add a bonus of Rs 400/- (80% of the instalment value)-in case of unequal instalments,the exact amount of bonus will be calculated and added to the customer's account.

2. Extended plan-
This is for a period of 18 months. While the basic structure remains the same, the customer gets a gift of value approximately equal to 1 installment. The customer can take exquisite Tanishq jewellery in the 19th month.
For an instalment amount of Rs 500/- which is uniform throughout the period of the scheme, Tanishq will add a bonus of Rs 500/- (1 full installment)-in case of unequal instalments, the exact amount of bonus will be calculated and added to the customer's account.
