Mr. Chaitanya Parekh founded the group in 1980. He grabbed his B.E. degree in civil engineering as a gold medallist in the university. Ever since then, he has followed his dream of becoming a leader in real estate business creating more value for people's money. He has more than 20 years of experience in real estate business.

Since 1980 Soham has successfully completed more than 39 projects involving a construction area of 2,90,000 square feet and have housed more than 2000 families.
