Now the theatre is managed by the second generation under the guidance of Mr. C. N. Mirani.

The theatre is best maintained cinema house of Thane having a capacity of 994 seats divided by 372 seats in Balcony and 622 seats in the stall.

It is the most comfortable / preferred cinema house considering the proximity from station, ample parking space, ambience facilities like ultra sound (Dolby), Air conditioned, clean surrounding, clean toilets,
generator (for uninterrupted cinema viewing in case of power failure).

More over there is a snooker/pool center in the annex building having snooker and pool tables the center is named Space Journey managed and owned by the same group.
