
Introduction
Starting a restaurant was in
our
mind
from 1990. But we got a proper opportunity in 1999.
Did the malicious final research, paperwork, visit
different restaurants; met experts (hoteliers) explained
my project to them & got their advice. We also
arranged bank finances & appointed a consultant,
ex manger of a well-known Chinese restaurant for almost
four months and commenced the restaurant.
Infrastructure
We have 11 tables in our restaurant, whic
h
can seat about 50 people. We also have a car Parking
facility so people can enjoy themselves.
Staff
We have a fully trained staff, who have worked in
many Chinese Restaurants in town befoe joining us
they are well groomed.
Hospitality Methods, Ambience of the restaurant- we
have free home delivery system for the people. Reservations
are also done except on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
We have a cozy, restaurant were people enjoy themselves
immensely. We have a family restaurant with a strict
no alcohol policy.
Specialty of your restaurant- we ma
inly
cater to Chinese Cuisine mainly seafood. We have fresh
seafood and always offer the best to our customers.
Future
Plans
Its too early to decide the future at present.

Owner & Management - The restaurant is owned by
Mr. Vilas Kabadi, who has been in the food industry
since 1972 whose main interests are Art, Travel, Literature,
Food & Photography. And has been involved in Oriental
Spice since June 2001. Mr. Rahul & Ms Alpana Kabadi
is currently managing it.
