- Blender
/ liquidiser: This is used to puree wet foods
such as soups, stews, milkshakes and fruit desserts.
It will be successful if the food contains a high
percentage of water.

- Coffee
grinder: Freshly- ground coffee is far more flavoursome
than commercially available ground coffee, and whole
roasted beans are readily available for grinding at
home.
- Food
processor: These are good for someone who cooks
for many people. They work fast , chopping, slicing,
grinding and pureeing and come with other attachments
which
allow more specialised work, such as making fruit
juice or pasta.
- Juicer:
These extract juice from fresh fruits to make freshly-squeezed
orange juice or mixed fruit drinks.
- Hand-held
beater: The most useful of all electrical appliances,
the beater and whisk takes the hard work out of all
the most difficult of kitchen tasks, such a s whisking
egg whitesand cream, beating cake mixtures and making
mayonnaise.
- Knife
sharpener: Many manual models are available, but
electric knife sharpeners give a better finish, without
any effort. But like manual sharpeners, they are not
cheap.
Coffee
machine: These allow you to make the perfect jug
of filter coffee and have it hot and ready whenever
you want. They are simple to use and easy to clean.
- Food
slicer: This
is used for slicing meats, perfect for large families
or those who eat a lot of sandwiches. Does take up
a lot of counter space in the kitchen.
- Carving
knife: Perfect for meat and accurate slicing of
boneless meat joints, and for joints with bones after
a bit of practice.
- Deep-fryer:
This machine offers a
clean
and easy way of deep-frying foods, and leaves less
of the smell of frying in the house because the lid
is placed while frying. Most models have a temperature
control and a timer for safe and accurate frying.

- Toaster:The
most used electrical appliance , these are perfect
for toasting bread, bun, waffles and muffins, allowing
both sides to be toasted at the same time.

cooker: Ide

for making soups, stocks and casseroles. The machine
keeps the food cooking at even temperature so you
do not have to keep an eye on the pan to see it doesn’t
boil over.
